chatpata chole bhatura

Chatpata Chola bhatura

People who do not abstain themselves from having oily food and always indulged themselves in the flavours, chole bhature has always been in there A-List. In fact, it is a must-try dish for all.

Chacha ke chole bhature (in kamla nagar) is the place to try for flavoursome chole bhature. It has been there for at least a couple of decades. Students believe that your life at north campus will be deemed to be incomplete if you haven’t paid a visit to the place suggested (Chacha ke chole bhature).
People find the taste there so magnificent that they won’t mind standing in long queues for hours. Actually sometimes, rather many-a-times it happened that when it comes to your turn you will find the show has come to an end. It’s all over. Apart from this slight drawback, the place is a little infrastructure and sells only few things and both the dishes in carte du jour (menu card) are just Amazing!
1)      Chole with Aloo/Paneer bhature.
2)      Chole masala. (It’s like he has revealed the magic that he puts in his chole).
Following chacha, Sita Ram Dewan Chand (in paharganj) is another famous bhatura shop or i should say Factory in Delhi. The place caters to more than 1000 people a day. The soft fluffy bhature with chole and their ultimate pickle makes this a Thumbs up dish to have in breakfast.
The only problem with these big names is they don’t have much sitting arrangements plus the boys are so busy in morning till afternoon that the service is loaded, it becomes problematic to get chole again or chopped onions or chutney etc.
Tip: - for the delicate darlings, it is best to get their stuff packed. J
