Food Safari: In search of Murthal ke paranthe –

This is the time when winter has gone, and the summer's been a beginning. At a time when the cool morning breezes purify your mind and at that time if you will with the tasty paranthe of murthal then what to say La-jawab!
On the road to Murthal, sukhdev ka dhaba is the place to compliment your morning where you will find people in huge faction. This place has now become the new first place for young people.
And by no means is it a “dhaba” anymore – where there are hundreds of cars parked outside the complex. Then their ample seating arrangement with an air conditioned area.
A long list of option has Indian, Continental, South Indian, Chinese but our favourite is their paranthe from Indian Section – Laccha Parantha, Aloo Parantha, Onion Parantha, Gobhi Parantha, Muli Parantha, Mix Parantha, Panner Parantha. However Gobhi and Muli Parantha are seasonal.
They dole out their Parantha in their own style with their made Makkhan and pickles which makes the whole combination a Finger licking one.
